This policy covers https://deepchaincrm.com, the DeepChainCRM marketing website. The CRM application itself is self-hosted by each customer on their own infrastructure; data inside a customer instance is governed by that customer’s own policies, not this one.
When you submit the access/contact form we collect the name, email, company and any message you provide, solely to respond to your request and provision access. We do not sell or share this data.
Submissions are forwarded to our self-hosted CRM over an encrypted connection and retained only as long as needed to follow up. You can request deletion at any time via hello@deepchaincrm.com.
This site ships no third-party trackers and sets no advertising cookies. The Content-Security-Policy blocks external scripts entirely.
